idk

How does an empty mind throb

How does a silent voice crack

How does an untouched bottle break

And how do lips of blue turn black?

How does the wind call my name

How does light create shadow

How do tempers rise

And why is my grave shallow?

How does feverish blood turn to ice

How do smiles break and crumble

How can a thought slip away

And why do tired legs stumble?

How will the moon light my way

Why is blackness what I seek

When will night change to day

How does strength make me weak?

Why does the hand tenderly shake

How can a home turn to ash

Why does the earth violently quake

And flesh, slowly, I will slash.
