Was I the moon,
when your bright lights shone dim with endless misery?
When you chose to outlive sublime thoughts and memories to your own inspiration?
Was it when I chose to live with peace and you couldn’t compete to your own task?
Suppose it was the galaxy of shining fox tails and infinite gravity pulling you towards oblivion,
your nightmarish fantasy.
Was it true when you couldn’t understand scripts of ancient wisdom and teachings of a new beginning?
Be it like your dream of fulfillment and becoming one of the great?
Maybe the trusting of belief couldn’t reach your walls of brick that blocked out what was to come,
becoming of stone embraces that held and kept.
Was it right when you couldn’t try and include yourself to my standards?
Suppose it was the eons of black holes that kept you falling,
your evil desire.
Was it like your vision of magnificent wonders and changing into one of knowledge?
Was it me who drove you away?
Toward emptiness and promises of wondering lost and incomplete.
Was it me that finished you off?
Was I the moon to lose you?
