This is about a girl, falling in love with another girl, being together for what feels like ages, and then losing her to a man.

Faded smile begining to disapear,

I see the shadow of her body,

She starts to fade out and then re-apear.

I never thought that I could give my heart away anymore,

Is it even possible to fall in love,

Like a time ago before?

I am eating alone tonight,

Sitting at an empty table,

Realizing that what she had done to me wasn't right.

At this point I'm not sure how to feel,

We fell in love with one another,

And then you claimed that what we had wasn't real.

Where is the logic now?

You promised that someday you'd marry me,

Lost in the garbage...a forgotten wedding vow.

She's with a man now and I begin to fade away,

It's so cold on the bed where you had once kept me warm,

And we would hold hands and lay.
