It was a busy day that you could never forget. It was the day of the grand wedding and all the farm animals had assembled together in the barn, to greet the rabbits. Little Rabbit was getting married, as he had met the love of his life and he was dancing with the rabbit bride in the center and most of the animals were clapping to his dance. Mother hen had organized the entire wedding and she had bought all the food including grains, carrots, worms, spinach and plants. The smelly donkey stood outside braying, to welcome the animals inside. The cows were chosen as the singers for the whole wedding and they were busy singing their favorite song “Mo”, ignoring the cat that was pestering them for milk. The chickens were given the job of placing candles all over the place, to light up the barn and the birds were flying and gathering flowers from the garden. The mice were all hiding in a dirty hole from the cat, seeing the rabbit dance, as they were not invited to the wedding. But only exception was the lazy pig that was playing in the mud, outside the barn as he was tired and lazy to attend the wedding.
Soon after the rabbit’s dance took place, the goats bought the big wedding carrot cake and placed it on a table at the center. Little Rabbit then cut the cake and thrust pieces of the cake into the bride rabbit’s mouth and everybody applauded. The goose had the wedding ring on its beak and it slowly walked and spat the ring on the table. Many more animals rushed inside to see the rabbit exchange the wedding ring and the barn was full of them that were eagerly waiting for the wedding to take place. Little Rabbit then took the wedding ring from the table and turned to the beautiful bride shy and nervous, when all of a sudden something disastrous happened. The pig who was busy playing in the mud outside grunted, as he saw the tractor driven by the farmer coming distantly into the direction of the barn. The animals were all taken aback and they knew that it was time to flee and in seconds all the animals was out of the barn, as they returned to their own places in the farm.
The farmer drove to the barn and got down from the tractor and then came into the barn. When he saw the wedding cake, the flowers, the candles and the decorations he was surprised. “I wonder if a wedding took place here, when I was out”, he said laughing. He then put all the flowers and candles in a bag and finished eating the carrot cake, which he found delicious. He cleaned the place and went away, with a grin on his face. After some time, the animals returned to find the entire place clean and tidy and the cake and the flowers missing and they knew that they had to start all over again.
It was another busy day that you could never forget. It was the day of the grand wedding of the Little Rabbit and this time they needed to finish the wedding, before the bad farmer came…
