Beware! This is a VERY metaphorical poem!
A little girl, her tears.
I guess you can take it the way you will.

Oh little girl

Come to me

My dear

Let me hold you

Wipe away your tears

Let me blow away your fears

With my words of millions

Let me scare away monsters

With my love for you

My dear

My little girl

Cry no more

Please

Please, for me?

It hurts me as much as you

To watch your tears stain your beautiful,

Unscarred face.

Please stop running

Running from me

From those who love you

Please stop running

My dear

Running gets you to places

Places you do want to be.

Other places you don't want to be

Running

Wipe your tears

Beautiful little girl

Sing for me

Talk to me

Tell me

Tell me, my dear

Tell me you aren't dead

Dead to the world.

You aren't dead to me.

I promise.
