A letter to whoever.

someone would care I hoped if they knew,

but alas this isolation has no friends with it,

so I soldiered on with these inner and outer torments.

lonely, yes lonely for eternity it seems,

and all around people just stare at the fool,

at a poor soul who must have lost it all,

they just see the result of a decline of many years.

no hands reach out, no voice enquired,

no approach or no pity, just an acceptence I am lost.

oh I wished for a saviour, an angel of mercy,

or just a little understanding that I do exist.

abandoned of all hope, options have come down to one.

I tried.I really did try to help myself,

but now I bow out of the world that ignored me.

Read this and ponder others that you pass,

dont lose others too, they only want to be saved.

farewell sad society, though I doubt you will notice I am gone,

no wonderful words, no grand epitaph,

but whoever you are, I once was,yes once I was here.
