This piece is about my struggle with this monster called patience! I've captured part of a conversation I had with myself, there were many voices in my head that day... I can not focus on one thing, my mind is too inquisitive for that. I decided to give people a glimpse of what happens in my mind sometimes AND how I hate patience. I was pretty stressed :)

Patience and the concept behind the notion,
Makes me sick, I wanna sink under the weight!
“Throw it out!” I’ll float away…
“Use as anchor!” I’ll have a bad day…

I’m quick and lose interest as such,
50 years later to me, my ideas mean not much.
“It will come.” Then another want arrives…
“Keep at it.” Only if my drive survives…

I’ll keep looking for this thing called PATIENCE.
Hope I find it sooner rather than later!
I’d hate it if I turn ambitionless,
Cause nothing came soon enough to relieve the stress!
