The poet is talking about a former boss who bullied people that worked under him. He was power drunk and abused his position; he never cared about the welfare of others. The poet could only see him as ‘the devil’ in the form of ‘a human skin’.

His appearance, very decisive

Full of hostility, very much a fiend

Gospels his kingdom but not his kingdom

First day at work a bombshell is thrown

Spits venom just like a dragon

Growls like a tiger looking for a prey.

Power drunken, position abused

Full of pride, intoxicated by post

Pretends to be friendly but never a friend

A cheat in all he does

Shows no mercy, a heartless being

Devour is his delight

An egoist at all level

A tyrant ruler who never cares

An animal in a human form

Or rather the devil that wears a human skin.
