(Son- Why is there a fight between our family and their's and why does this have to deal with me going to this party, if I was invited?)

Father- Even an I wrought permission, they will not. Either way you may not hie
(Father- even if I provide permission, they will not. Either way you may not go)

Son- If thee do not allow me to hie, I shall dispatch my self in my chamber.
(Son- If you do not allow me to go, I shall kill my self in my room.)

Father- Methinks thou art going overboard, thou art not?
(Father- I thinks you are going overboard, you are not?)

Son- Then I shall dispatch my cuz
(Son- Then I shall kill my cousin)

Father- Then you can hie
(Father- Then you can go)
