This poem is my opinion of how England is losing it's identity, with a bit of tongue in cheek.

America gave us superstores
which closed half of our shops,
the farmers grow most of our food
but export all the crops,
the Germans dominate the cars
Japan makes our TVs,
the food we eat in restaurants
is Indian or Chinese.
It seems we've given up
all this country once stood for,
there is nothing left in England
that is English anymore.
