A love poem in summer.

Sunlight enters her soul
and unlocks a spark
that warms her eyes
like a firelight mirror.

The flowers that bloom
are multicolored angels
flocking around her sweet visage
like butterflies on the breeze.

Warm, cloudy days
unleash her gentle smile
and let forth bright laughter
like her love in bloom.

Yup I love summer too...it's the best season for, well, everything. My only regret is that I haven't cherished those said times. Maybe next year I'll let the sunlight enter my soul... This is a warm poem that juat made my morning :) Good job!

Glad that it spoke to you! Usually my poetry is a reflection on what I should have done.... Hopefully, I will learn that lesson better myself.
