Traveling Down the Road of Life

Lord I’ve been traveling down this road of life with its twists and turns.

And also the pot holes and ruts on the way.

That’s when I have to pray.

Sometimes the sharp turns in life catch you off guard and then I pray.

God keep me on the road for another day and help me all along the way.

People think they know me and think they can judge me, but I only one can judge me out there.

My Lord and savior is my only judge and this is true and this truth will set you free.

People try to knock me down on this road of life that’s when you lift me up and keep me 3 feet off the ground.

Lord God I pray for my son, my daughter and wife.

As they travel down that road of life that you pick them up 3 feet off the ground.

When people and things in life try to knock them down on that road of life.

And when I make it to the end of the road I pray I took the right direction on the road of life to get to heaven amen.
