The sun rays mock me, they say...

"Hey, it's another day and he's still gone, ain't nothing you can do about it, you're hopeless, look at your heart decay, but it'll never be gone, it'll never disintegrate, the pain will last forever, the suffering will never stop"

and I say...

"I hope you're wrong, how much longer can I go without knowing the truth? Without knowing what trouble he's in? Without knowing if he's alright? Without a clue?"

The night comes and mocks me, it says...

"Another night alone in your bed, no one next to you, no one to wake up with, no one by your side, look at you under your blanket, music on, trying to hide from your heartache, there's no where you can go, the evidence is all around, your pathetic, no one could ever love you, you are a lunatic"

The world mocks me, it says...

"Look at all these people keeping you company and not one of them is the person you want them to be, look at you faking your laugh, smile, confidence"

I say nothing.
