Does beauty exist to those who can't see?

Wait, no!

Don’t! What are you touching?

What is that you are reaching for?

What do you feel?

Can you see it?

Do you want to see it?

Would you rather feel the beauty?

What if you hurt it?

Don’t damage it.

Be careful.

You don’t know what you’re doing, do you?

You’re putting your hand into a paint pot without knowing the colour.

Does he know what you’re doing?

Is he okay with you touching him?

Does he trust you?

Does he even like you?

Would you care if he did?

What if he backed away, would you move closer?

Would you even know if he did move away?

No; because you can’t see.

You never will.

You won’t see what I can.

You don’t even know if what you are reaching out to is worth it.

You don’t care, do you?

As long as you feel something other than black.

Not black as in what you see,

black as in the colour of your heart knowing that beauty might not exist to you anymore.

But, you still reach out.

Because touching something with the slightest possibility to be beautiful to you is worth the risk.

Now, reach your hand out and touch it.
