Umbrella Smiles

Know just for you I'd swim the sea
from Mexico to Maine,
and then I'd smile umbrella smiles
to keep you from the rain,

my arms would be the clothing that
forever keeps you warm,
throughout the Winter months, so cold,
we'd brave whatever storm.

These big green skies, your starlit eyes
would always look on me,
they'd find their way into my heart
and never lose their key,

my love would light you from the clouds,
at least that's what I pray,
as lit by love our lips talk tongues,
then dance the night away.

Now all that's left for me to do
is swim the many miles,
from Mexico to Maine to see
you smile umbrella smiles.
