Forgiveness is divine,
Forgiving past regrets
Is a forgiveness never mine.
Trapped in the adhesive web
of time.
Riddled with plague
Diseased minds.

Desolately wondering for a place to dump these
Fading,
Failed,
Memories of hurt and love.
To start fresh,
Let old days
Disappear,
Like sunrays as they
Vanish
Beneath the horizon.
But,
Even sun light wont leave me,
It reflects off the moon after midnight.
Nothing is gone as quickly
As she was.

Though the fault was mine
I cant forgive because,
I would feel empty without
This void she left
in me.

My entity is shattered
The pieces too microscopic to see.
I must learn to forget all that
Let it be.

For the future continues
Time has no distance,
Compared to eternity
This internally burning fire
must be snuffed out.
Time has no measure
No line drawn on a graph
Will explain the pleasure or pain,
How long these sensations will last.

Forgiveness has no chosen path.
It is a bloody,
Tear soaked journey,
Through the jungle of
the past.
