It's like the whole world's in a pissin' contest. We got folks in a competition about who had it the worst. I can just see it a few boys saying oh yeah well we didn't eat nothing but cornbread
beans and okra last night. Shoot We didn't eat nothing but cornbread and beans. That ain't nothing we ate our shoes. Lord have mercy. If we were in rags and eating shoe leather that wasn't no
body's business but ours. If some so and so came up pointing out our circumstances. We'd die convincing everybody we was all Kings and Queens eating Steak and potatoes. Times they change. My Pawpaw
once said mark my words they will bottle water and sell it. I should have listened. I'd been a millionaire. We use to rub dirt in our wounds and walk on. Now we pick at and pick at till it's all
festerd and roting. Our business was ours now we got to put all out there. Every stinking thing. What we eat who we sleepping with and what we think ( most times that's just shows what we not
thinking about). If you are always worrying with your blister or buddy's sister it won't ever get right. You just got say yaw mule and walk on.
