Will You by Omar Waqar
Will you, take my hand and hold it close.
Will you, fake the sunrise for the host.
If we create a world full of hope,
Will you, make the trees all strike a pose.
Can I reach you if I am their joke.
Will you, wake me with the smell of smoke.
If I tell the truth in all my prose,
Will you, break fingers for what I wrote.
I see assassins behind all doors.
Will you, shake the earth to repel hordes.
