Insanity's my throve now.
I rest on throne of pain.
There's a devil in the mirror
And I accept the blame.
I do not need your reason,
I simply shield your pain.
Sometimes you'll see no reason,
But know that I am well.
I'm here and I'll protect you.
I'm here so far away.
I hope someday to love you
When I am done with hell.
Til then I walk these valleys
Of a world that's gone insane.
Til then I'll climb the mountains
In land so far away.
And thou you may not love me,
I still think it's okay.
I do not ask your reason,
I'll simply shield your pain.

I really love this poem. It's pretty dark and deep actually which is always a plus for me. I think you forgot to add the letter a though in lines 3 & 14. Other than that though it's quite a lovely poem. :)
