Just thinking out loud

I am my indecision
Incomprehensible reason
I'm not awake nor dreaming
Internally I'm screaming

Some say that I am broken
I think I am just fine
I just have not awoken
That's better then to die

I wear my face so proudly
Amusing all beside me.
But inside I am choking
Pretending I'm just joking

They think of me so highly
Parade me round so proudly
They think that I'm enduring
To them it's so alluring

I'm sick of being stronger
And helping out with reason
You couldn't thing more wrongly
I'm not your favorite season

My smile is a distraction
So you don't see my fractions
I'm not awake nor dreaming
And yet my soul is screaming

I need someone to wake me
To hold and not forget me
I want to be awaken
And never left forsaken

But at the least
I'm honest
In this lifes
Shrouded forest

I know where I am going
Accepting my own doing
This is the path I've chosen
I'm half asleep, not broken

Thank you, and I'm not sure what exactly your doing wrong. I usually write them on a not pad, then copy the text and use ctrl+V to paste it.

I have to say this was very interesting. The speaker has a sense of wanting something greater than himself/herself.
