You and the world, Together as one, Took me down, This battle I haven't won.

You and the world, Shoulder to shoulder, Punched holes in my heart, I could feel the blood seep as I got colder.

You and the world, Hand in hand, Left me naked, To fight against all the land.

You and the world, Working side by side, Made sure I was disappointed, Made sure I cried.

You and the world, Always in sync, Made me pick up the blade, Made it impossible to think.

My blade and I, Brought together by you, Sliced my wrists open, Though these scabs aren't new.

My blade and I, Reintroduced by your team, Have meet before, But in my heart there had been a seam.

All of us joined, Brought together by fate, Has resulted in destruction, Has resulted in moral debate.

All of us joined, Against all good reasoning, Made my life better, Although at times more confusing.

Me and myself, Are now closer than before, I know this was none of your fault, But I wish to speak of you no more.

That single blade, I used to slice, Has gone away, My mind, finally nice.
