As my footprints scar the ground below,

My eyes drift up to the sky above.

The fluffy white clouds so gently flow, and

I fall in love.

Once again with the simplicity of Nature

I bow my head to thank the Creator.

How merciful thou art!

For in this majestic place I have forseen with my own eyes

A vision of the heavenly realm where thou doth reside!

And I think to myself.

How wretched are we!

That we take for granted such a gift so easily.

This glorious gift

Of life so lucid and of tranquility.

I stare at the Willow

With her long, flowing hair being gently caressed by the wind

O how my heart does overflow!

With a happiness and love that come from deep within.

For when in Nature, I feel as though

The time has stopped

The world goes slow.

And I can only hear the sound of the river flow.

I lose myself.

I let it all go.

I forget about wealth,

I forget about my troubles and my woe.

For this is the place where I feel at home.

In the Mother's bosom.
