Mommy where is the sun going?
Look only the red bit is showing.
Mommy where’s it going?

My little girl it’s going for a time
It can’t forever shine
Sweet little baby don’t fret or sorrow
It will be back tomorrow

But mommy where does it go to
And can I go there to?

Where it goes I know not
But little baby the sun has not forgot
Tomorrow it will rise
So little girl enough of tears and sighs

But mommy I will miss it so
I don’t like it when it goes
But mommy I will try
But just in case I’m going to go wave it goodbye
