A forbidden love story.

As the darkness sets in

I am alone here in my room

Thinking of you

Thinking of the way I feel about you

We’re friends I know

But a crazy feeling is ruling over me

And it’s my love for you

Why? Is it wrong to love you?

It’s not wrong

But sad to say you love somebody else

You love her that much

I want to give you the whole world

To give you everything I have

Even my soul

By just the way you touch her

It shatters my heart into pieces

I should have known better

That during times like this

I should run

Cry out of self-pity

For I know this feeling

Is forbidden love

This is, terrific. You must understand that I'm trying to tell you that I enjoy the poem and am not just saying that. Descriptions, feelings, images, and critical thinking all tied of nicely into lines of poetry that send me shivers during the beautiful end... I have no words for this. Maybe it's just because I can relate to this so much, but it's beauty tied with pain; pain tied with hope and love.

Absolutely deserves a 'like'.
