spellbounded by the melody
dazzled by your symphony
i fix my eyes on you
as you pluck the
strings of your guitar
one by one
each chord shouts out a tune
and each tune
tells a story of us

as you pluck the
strings of your guitar
a song sweetly kisses
my nearly inaudible ears
i could imagine you
kneeling down in front of me
and singing the song
i've been dying to hear

as the song flows freely
into the air
i could see you
smiling at me
my heart has been beating loud
my mind's been shouting for you
to come near me
together we'll create the perfect mix
and sing the most beautiful song

as you made
the last plucking of your guitar
the song fades into nowhere
so as your sweet stare
your genuine smile
and the way you are

what we shared
for just this short while
clings in my memory
it will remain in my heart forever
even if this is just a daydream
