I'd just returned from buying tea,
When I stopped to find the front door key.
But then I looked and saw a bee.
I turned to run and then saw three.
I called my dog to come save me,
But he was distraced by an angry flea.
I ran past people, who had their glee,
While I ran by anonymously.
I yelled to my friend, who's a referee,
But then I tripped on a banzai tree.
I fell down a hill at a steep degree,
And tumbled safely into the sea.
It seems that God had answered my plea,
For the bees were gone, and I was free.
