Warmth can be described in many ways. However, no matter how you describe warmth you are built to seek it. We as humans need warmth to survive both mentally and physically. The way that you describe warmth is almost always changing.

Right now, for instance, when I think of warmth I think of riendship. I wish that my friends could be with me and since they cannot I do not feel warm on the inside.

Another thing that comes to mind when I think of warmth is when I am with certain people I have a warmer feeling then when I am with other people. I tend to hang out with these people more because of the instinct of seeking warmth. However, it is very hard for me to tell some of these people about my true feelings due to social rejection.

Sometimes it is very hard to tell anyone, let alone that person, that they give you a feeling of warmth when they are around you. This is partially due to me not accepting my feelings for that person, and partially due to my friends not accepting how I feel.

Another one of our human instincts is to please others. Unfortunately, this is the strongest thing holding me back from seeking warmth.

I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
