Something Good, Something the Best-

Thou art in values, the majestic king

And in seasons art the beautiful spring,

In stones precious like the brilliant diamond,

Blest is this blessing of bliss, something that

hath me stunned...

Thy necessity is important like the water calm,

Taketh into thy soul, of glamour is thy palm,

The power to have silence within the souls of tides,

As a gleam in darkness doth hide.

Thou art in planets, our Earth in so scenic

And in animals art the virtuous lamb meek,

In metals sparklin’ like lustful gold,

Heaven’s honouring and hailing showers! Its power do behold!

Thy presence a need, says every creed

Taketh into thy mind! Oh! Thou art the seed,

Art thou a quality ideal,

Whose essence do I feel.

Thou art in trees, the olive of peace

And in birds art the dove of peace,

Liveth ever and ever in that heart of mine,

The quality of tranquillity and serenity does shine.
