I was inspired by the TV Series called "Dexter", where in the story he was a killer and he try to figure out how he become one. While watching it just occur to me to right something about this. Well, It's my first time to write here. So here goes nothing.

"When death is always beside you"

A thousand folds, a thousand folds of lies.
I'm trapped in the clutches of a memory.
As it turns my whole world inside out with a carnival of blood
that leaves me to this calming oasis,
the desert of my confusion.
It doesn't make sense.
I've never had much use for the concept of hell,
but if hell exists, I'm in it.
The same images running through my head
over and over.
A blood bath of ruined emotions,
buried memories forgotten all these years
climbed up inside me.
I never wanted to dwell on my past,
No details - just a blur of images rushing by.
But my friend out there wants to bring those memories into focus.
No wonder I felt so disconnected into my entire life
cause if I did have emotions, I'd I have to feel.
Put all the blame on my hands and the fear on their eyes.
Inch by inch, I'm getting closer.
The reality that's shown to me is a fib.
I wish the truth was more easily accesible,
defining all the lies that covers everybody.
