Why do you look at me like I'm scum?

When you pass me by with your only chum.
You know nothing about me, that's a fact,
Only that I'm still here and I've not been sacked.
You would sack me right now if you had a chance,
You don't care about my personal finance.
You like to show your in charge and fill me with fear,
Truth is I couldn't give a fuck and I think your queer.
So let's look at our lives and what we have done,
What will you be telling your grandson.
When he asks you what you did when you were younger,
What will you say? It makes me wonder.
I have my answer ready to tell,
it's a story I know very well.

"Well grandson, I left school at sixteen,
To be a rock star, that was my dream.
I played in a band and had a great time,
much better than turning to a life of crime.
I've jumped off tall buildings and floated in a tube,
I've owned several websites, I can do the Rubik's cube.
I ran a half marathon just for fun,
Then ran a few races, I liked to run.
I've trained with Larry Hartsell, he knew Bruce lee,
Met buster bloodvessel and I've been on tv.
I've made several books that sell on the net,
Sold thousands worldwide, from Australia to Tibet"

That is my life and what I will say,
When my grandson asks me on that faithful day.
So, what will you say when that day comes?
When you have no teeth, only gums.
Let me help you out, tell you what is the truth,
You did nothing to brag about in your youth.
When your grandson asks about this and that,
Just look him in the eye and say,

"Well grandson, I was a TWAT".
