Sailing in the boat made of paper,
I sail with the flow;
Trembling up and down with the waves,
Wherever they go.
My journey began with confusion.............

My Paper boat and the Giant waves

Sailing in the boat made of paper,

I sail with the flow;

tossed by the giant waves,

right or left,wherever they go.

My journey began with confusion,

the heartless waves were all the same;

I never knew where to go,

and fear in my heart did grow;

but then  struck by a big one ,

 i too started to flow.

I have heard stories about people,

braving those titanic waves;

and i just hope,with this paper boat my pathway also paves.

These waves drive me crazy,

Beautiful as they might seem;

and i wish if i could tame them,

and get lost in my dream.

But then i remember a story,

which i heard from people;

about a boy,just like me,

sailing with the flow;

got attracted to a  wave,

 wanted to ride it,as it  seemed so magnificent;

but the cruel wave was not all lenient.

He thought of riding it,and then thought no more,

and turned around to flow in the direction of his own;

but what happened was that he never thought,

there came a big one,and he was lost!!!

People say,"he must have been crazy,

And should have remembered that the wave was no daisy";

My friend tell me,"You have a boat made of paper,

and these waves are enormous;

thank God!you are flowing with  the flow,

otherwise you would also have been anonymous";

And so the confusion still continues,

My heart says,Why to do,what anybody can?

moreover,i have my own plan;

But then i remember the story,

which i heard from people.

Sailing in the boat made of paper,

i sail with the flow.
