At first I thought I may be mistaken,

I could not possibly be lost again.

But my wits have been overtaken

By my ambition to know more in the foreign land, again and again

Then it got serious,

I realise I am lost for real.

In a different city with simingly no concsience

Getting killed is not a big deal.

Somehow I am not scared, I think I can still make it.

It gets chilly on the streets,

people start disappearing.

An odd couple still giggling about something sweet,

I can feel my confidence waning,

Could it be I am lost?

Please, not again!

Then I reach for my pocket to find my world call card,

Then, I realise my wallet and passport are not with me.

I want to say something, in a foreign language it is hard.

What am I going to do, oh poor me,

Now I need help, how do you greet in their language again.

I seriously cannot remember, this will definitely cost me.

"Somebody, please help" I screamed in a somewhat controlled voice

I could hear my voice echo, back from the office blocks ahead

I am lost, I am an alien now, it is official.

A foriegn country, with a strange language and even more weird the people.

No trace of who I am, I am lost for real.

Help, they think that is my name.

I am lost without a trace, I am surely lost
