Over The Clouds

Through The Sky

With My Friends

On A Bird

Beyond The City

Towards A Nest

In A Tree

Like A Plane

About To Fly

Off In The Sky

Up From A Dream

Without An End

This makes me wish I had of taken an interest in poetry at school. What is a "Prepostion Poem" I am trying to learn more as I go along. I learnt how to write poetry last year.
I liked this poem and how you descibed the scene in short lines. Well written

Thank you soo much! Well a preposition is anything in a sentence that you could cancel, or you don't need. For example, in the sentence By the way, I got a new car. By the way is a preposition because the sentence makes sense without it. So the sentence could be I got a new car.
When I wrote the poem, all of the lines were prepostions. The first line says, "Over the clouds." If you put that in a sentence, I flew over the clouds, you could cancel it and just have I flew. The assignement was to write a poem using only prepostitions and that's what I did(:
