Arguments, seasons, or life?

Blossomed buds bellicosely fly.

Roots released,

Nectar

Thoughts forget their paths;

Orations whirl them away.

False speech—

Quirk-twirling mercury—

Flashing silver lies and

Vanilla

Words, repeated softly

To be believed.

Convincing convictions or

Recurrent lies?

Whispers of

Honey

Truths, fluid through minds,

Chilling Autumnal winds.

Crisp leaves rustle as they fall.

Whirling golds—

Branded by dying reds—

Lies of

Vanilla?

Truths of

Honey?

Freeze together

October storms.

Gilded hate—

Twisted silver ice—

Imprisons Winter screams and

Maple

Rage. It boils bubbling,

Stirred, waiting. Seething

Welts pop and freeze.

Crystalized. Petrified

Maple

Lasts eternity

Etched in iron trees.

Better to freeze or

Better to melt?

Warming winds whistle

Forgiving.

Sickly, bitter

Nectar

Lives.
