The Sweet Coast of Normandy

I hope to stand and see again

In all it's might and beauty. Then,

I can gaze in joy and forever enjoy,

The Sweet Coast of Normandy.

When it comes a day I feel disheartened,

Or simply want to feel the love,

I gain from gazing forever,

At The Sweet Coast of Normandy.

I feel my life is never complete,

Until I feel the sun on my feet,

If only I could go and once more meet,

The Sweet Coast of Normandy.

I don't feel there is a point,

Going on with my everyday humdrum,

When I can't break the shackles holding me,

From the Sweet Coast of Normandy.
