Diamonds escape the tight grip of her eyes
Shards bathed in rainbows that reach for the skies
Each twists as the wind takes hold
Patterned by the sun, sprinkling gold

Finally each gem begins to settle
Transforming a cloud into precious metal
Transit jewels that sparkle in motion
Salt free and void of emotion

Absorbent moon soon appears
A circular white blanket to mop her tears
Airborne whispers though heavy with dust
Detail a language of love and promised trust

Polished diamonds are used to construct a wall
The only guarantee with diamonds
is their price will fall
