Having no where to lay my your head gets tiring; When the person you are counting on is always lying; With not a soul or bed to trust; Dive forward, feel the rush; A pond is sounding better now than the sea; Once a rolling stone, is looking like lost to me; Everyone should have a place they call home; A place to stay without feeling alone; My tears run in the wind drying on the train; I’m Overwhelmed and underpaid; It’s a symphony to all the people that go unclaimed; Seeing ourselves through the untread path; We are all victims of our own wrath; Everything is a restpoint but not a destination; Theres no point in praying for restoration; You have nothing to your name but a smile; Here once again for a little while; Everything you got sitting in a backseat; Crying on the steering wheel, tears falling to your feet.
