Verse 1:
Somewhere between the uncertainty of despair
there is a light that shines brighter
than the sky’s most brilliant star
It leads me home
To a place only I have known
In the depths of the spirit that lies within me

Away I am taken
Cannot be forsaken
Never thought I would find
These comforts of you

My theories disproving
Ahead I am moving
Though the road is unsettled
It hopes to be true

Verse 2:
My thoughts are scattered with contentment and fear
For what I’ve searched to unveil
In the midst of life’s most arduous wars
Now far too close
Finding it hard not to boast
And I’m pinching myself to rule out a dream

Repeat Chorus

Verse 3:
Beyond the dimly lit streets I’m yearning to forget
There is a hand that is leading me
Past the hills and trails of regret
No longer alone
And this pleasure I condone
As those things forthcoming can finally be seen

Repeat Chorus
