The rain falls hard against her skin. She has to escape but how? Where would she go? She hadn’t imagined her life this way yet somehow she had felt comfortable. Up to a point. That point being feeling ever-so trapped, every single day monotonous, one after another.

At first, it felt exciting to be part of this project. But now, after so so long, she’s feeling bored and alone. Even though there are thousands of people working on this same project, and a small group of them with her every day, she feels like she’s at breaking point.

She doesn’t know how to get out of it though. She’d signed a contract, a contract that lasts another 15 months. She can’t cope any longer. She crawls back in the tent, climbs into her sleeping bag, zips it all up and tries again to get some sleep.
