THE LYING TALE

Mom back when I was six
I stole that pack of skittles
I told you I didn't steal them
 But you didn't believe me
You Drove back to the store
and you made me Return them.
You said "stealing is bad."
Then you went on to tell me about cousin jack
And how him stealing an egg
Led to a fight with a giant.
Then you mentioned my uncle
And how his obnoxious crying
Led to him almost dying by the jaws of a wolf
Although you left me scared and traumatized
It was enough to make me never lie or steal again
