Turning to you in the blink of an eye.

My heart feels peace.

That thing you do when we’re together is sweet.

I know no matter what you’ll never leave my side.

‘Through thick and thin’

 You said we’d be true.

Always and forever.

Two peas in a pod.

Knowing you’re here brings a smile to my face.

Chasing away the inner demons.

Only you can do this.

I’ll never find another quite the same.

I beg of you please stay.

From first steps to holding hands.

You called me your friend.

I call you mine.

How much time is there before it all falls apart.

We live and love but can’t touch.

It’s a forbidden thought.

To want what you can’t have.

Ripping out the heart that beats for you.

Holding it out to present.

Take it because it’s nothing without you.

Promise you’ll take care as my last breath fades away.

The blood pouring from my veins.

Bitter taste of sorrow.

Please don’t leave my side.

Keep my heart safe forever.

I’ll look upon you.

Down from up high.

Where I’ll sit and watch you make the right choices.

This had to happen for you to become something more.

Please don’t let me down.

Just know…

That I’ll forever care.
