This one's for those who have been trying to get through to the ones they love. This metaphor mentioned in my writing below could make the difference for you.

~Love ya!~

My pencil runs on the paper
faster than I can keep up with it.
It sparked and clicked as it hit the page
one word after the other.
I finally catch up with it,
and it stops right in its own tracks.
Its blocked and stopped.
It tries to run away from me but can't.
It then sits for a moment, but not for long.
it dashes again, running from the gray behind it.
Then, something inside me made sense.
The pencil was me.
It was just like anyone;
sometimes
trying to
run
from the ones they love.
You can be too far ahead,
or not fast enough to catch up.
Don't let them trick you though-
prove them wrong with your
whole heart;
grab your dreams with all your
heart and might
and pull.
just pull.
