The feeling when you know you've got yourself into a mess and feel like it's hopeless trying to get out of it.

Spinning, sowing, reaping,

 Feeling so lost and confused.

Where to begin?

How can I unravel this web

That I’ve tangled myself in?

The more I kick and struggle

The worse it becomes,

It just draws me closer,

Pulls me tighter,

Suppresses my heart,

Crushes my limbs.

My ribcage is pulsing,

I’m screaming inside,

But it’s to no avail.

 I’m paralysed.

Oooh this is good. I like how you describe this feeling. I've felt like this before and think you described it perfectly. Nice job! :)
