GOING POTTY…!

A book for those times of isolation
By Raine Carosin

(Started Sunday, 29 July 2007, 17.00)

Idea inspired by my Wonderful Husband – Pierre-Jean Carosin

Chapter One
THE BEGINNING

Every book needs a beginning, so here it is.

Chapter Two
DEALING WITH IT

We all have to deal with it.  It comes and goes, and it is always a relief.  There is always an end in sight, so it is not something that envelopes one in depressive darkness.  If you find yourself becoming unreasonable, take a pill.  (Some have got traces of dynamite so do be moderate!)

Chapter Three
FAILING TO DEAL WITH IT

That means that this chapter is relevant as you strain with your own problem.  Yes, you made it for yourself.  There are always signs that one must deal with something immediately, and you chose to put off some urgent business.  Deal with it.

Chapter Four
THE LONG DROP

Walking the plank, or bungee jumping?  Some things we are attached to, and some we are not.  There should be no emotional ties that bind you to do any of the above, so thank your lucky stars that it is something you can avoid with careful panning… sorry, planning!

Chapter Five
LEAVES AND OTHER MYSTERIES

In your emergency, you have become one with nature.  Remember, you get out what you put in – sometimes more than you bargained for, but look at it as a bonus…

Chapter Six
LEAVING THE DOOR OPEN

This is an option practiced by many.  There are those who have no time to close the door, let alone secure it; there are those who couldn’t care less what any one thinks; and there are those who need the ventilation.  It is always wise to leave a door open behind you, though.

Chapter Seven
BOOK OR LAPTOP?

One's just gotta keep up with technology!  Hee hee.

Chapter Eight
ONE FOR ALL…

Keeping everything bottled up inside is not good for one.  And, a polite interruption is not considered rude and can be accommodated by a little shifting… of schedules…

Chapter Nine
KNEELING

There comes a time in every one’s life when a little humility is called for.  We are what we are…  Amen

Chapter Ten
RUNNING

It is good to run away from an unfair fight.  No shame in that at all.  But if you choose to turn the other cheek, it is also considered fair.

Chapter Eleven
AU NATURAL

It is good for a human being to experience the feeling of having no encumbering clothing restricting one’s movements.  There are special places for people like that.  Not every one wants an eyeful.

Chapter Twelve
CREATING A MOVEMENT

The moment must be right.  Trust your gut feeling.

Chapter Thirteen
UNLUCKY

It’s lucky for some, and unlucky for others.  Just deal with it.

Chapter Fourteen
MEDITATION

Thinking about your problem helps a lot, especially when it all works out in the end.

Chapter Fifteen
THE HOT SEAT

Avoiding confrontation and the ideal way to have some quiet time, and a word of thanks for the hot seat doesn’t go unnoticed.

Chapter Sixteen
ARTS AND CRAFTS

Looking at your work can give enormous satisfaction, especially when there’s nothing on teevee…

Chapter Seventeen
GIVING IT CARROTS

Verbalisation has its rewards.  Don’t be a vegetable and suppress your creativity.

Chapter Eighteen
DISTRACTION

Ten minutes is one’s recommended time period to expel old ghosts, so don’t give in to the idea that something else is better that what you are doing.  We all need throne time.

Chapter Nineteen
PROCRASTINATION

Didn’t you get the previous chapter?

Chapter Twenty
FRIENDS

No matter how many friends you have, only you can do it!

Chapter Twenty One
SHYING

You’re not a horse, but when you gotta go, you gotta go.

Chapter Twenty Two
CHARITY

Always make sure the space is ready for the next member of the Royal Family.

Chapter Twenty Three
BOREDOM

It gets to all of us, at some time or another.  Concentrate on what you are doing!  Work it out for yourself.

Chapter Twenty Four
LONLINESS

You can always enjoy joking about it with some one…

Chapter Twenty Five
INSPIRATION

See what I have done?  Think about what you can do!  (Sometimes we are so full of it!!!!)

Chapter Twenty Six
GAMES

There’s Hide ‘n Seek, Peek-a-boo, Tok-tokkie, General Knowledge, etc.

Chapter Twenty Seven
OTHER ROYAL SEATS

Always treat, with respect, the honour of emergency seating

Chapter Twenty Eight
UP OR DOWN

The best way to overcome this frustration is to communicate once and for all and come to an amicable agreement.

Chapter Twenty Nine
CARING

Yes, we all do, so don’t make an issue out of it:  write a book or make a movie!

Chapter Thirty
DOZING OFF

What a boytjie!  Don’t we all wish we could just drop off like that?  Of course, the rings are part of the bargain.

Chapter Thirty One
DOWN AND DIRTY

There’s nothing like a white canvas…

Chapter Thirty Two
BLING

Some people put it there and some people dig it out…

Chapter Dirty Three
SHARING AND TIPS

Remember, not every one likes the same things you do… but some times call for a little something to be left behind…

Chapter Thirty Four
CRAPS

It’s a game that’s been going for a long time…  All silly nonsense to pass the time…  like this book…

Chapter Forty Three
DECISIONS

It’s always a matter of life or death… but once the big one’s made, others can be sorted into priorities…

It WILL be viewed by thousands, so don’t keep on flushing, just smile and blush…
