when the daybreak comes knocking on our doors,

and we all began to wake up...

from the nightmares flashing in the storms,

contained within perfection's porcelain cup...

enlighten me, please, from this burden of boredom,

and build me some wings to fly...

into the eye of the tornado,

that has been swirling before my piercing, bloodshot eyes...

pick me up now, off of your dirty floor,

and do save me from this old death...

take those scissors, and cut the slideshow in half,

while I dare take another breath...

stun me with your tasergun,

which is sure to hide the taunting, smoky-red haze...

within my mouth, I speak gutter-words,

as I ambent on hiding like a phantom in a craze...

but time is laughing at us both, again,

and the clock's ticking life away from me...

yet, I let it all trail downward, into the molding drains,

as I am setting the monster free.
