THE POEM IS A REMINISCENCE OF THE PAST MEMORIES WITH THE GROWING AGE. THE BEAUTIFUL MOMENTS OF PAST CANT BE BRIDGED AT PRESENT. BUT ITS MEMORY RINGS IN THE STRING OF HEART.

THE PAST IS AUDIBLE.......

The past is distant but audible The dried flowers grieve in a vase, Quietly caress tears at sun down Exiled in wisdom of my own Distrusting blemishes of time, I wear thoughts of those eyes Defying dreams are but dreams, I sit dumb like a farmer in sorrow Cry out for crops ruined in flood, The city has changed its face Some new birds for leaden nest, Time swiftly swallows days I see longer alone like night Gleaming ice-peak of a sun-rise, We are like hills between gorges Incredible it is to fill up the gaps, We are silent statues in park Don’t speak out our hearts, I am now a motionless station But past comes like trains often Crowded with faces of those days, We are behind the veil of winter Stitching holes in the cloth of time, How we are awakened to truth! So sad while tearing it out.
