aloneness is the answer

ALONENESS

Leaves me not in grief

Rather, as my paramour,

leads me on.

To see the world

with no complications

without a worry or care,

without strings attached or obligations.

I yearn not for company, but for solitude

Life’s mysteries are better understood,

Contemplation, a way of life

And when there are no other footsteps

but my own to follow, on the vast shores of time

I’ll have come a full circle from where I began.

When I look back I’ll see,

I’ve lived my life for my own.

Generosity for myself.

No hurt for others.

Isn’t that a thought?

I so agree with the very thought of being alone and just be with one's own heatbeats and own soul...
loneliness is so serene plus revives us...
with a kid by my side, i do know what being alone and peacefulness means...

i really think that each one of us need THAT SPECIAL MOMENT for reviving....

I am glad you agree...although i do admit it is slightly romanticised. At times though, it sure does wonders for the soul...thank you for your comments
