The true story of a girl who was bullied. The effects of almost 10 years is prevalent in me today.

But you can survive the bullying, and the pain. You don't have to become the bully.

It's a vicious cycle that never ends.

Once upon a time...
There was a girl. And she was happy.
And she was fun.
She was cute.
With long blond hair, tanned skin and ocean blue eyes,
And legs a mile long.
But behind her mask, she was vile.
Just another bully sitting in a cage.
Stealing from peers, lying to superiors and abusing her use of words.
She was just another out of control kid with a problem.
Until she began school, and suddenly she was obedient,
Her life was good for two short years.
Until other's turned on her, and did what she did to so many other people,
Years and years ago.
Now the victimizer is the victim.
After years of torture and lies, the girl was a teenager.
And finally free.
But inside, she was still bitter, resentful and sad.
She grew up abused by her classmates.
Whether they meant to hurt her or not, she was corrupted.
She grew up to be a girl, without a heart.
It still beat, but without thought.
She grew up smart, but used her smarts to hurt.
Brandishing her words like a whip, and smacking anyone who got too close.
Without empathy, without guilt, without thought. She lived another lie.
It was over 10 years after she had hurt others. Now, she's started again.
No longer the cute little girl she was. Just a girl who knows how to hurt.
