We are not solitary creatures, we have senses and we react to our environment and a time comes when we find ourselves by learning from every thing around us.

Amidst the bounty of nature

I can find myself,

I recall the past

It plays the scenes in front of me.

I choose and cherish the happy moments

And rub out the sad ones.

Amidst the crowd of people

I find myself,

I exchange my notes

The experiences of my life,

My wishes I supress

As they are only my own.

On the sandy beaches

Where the waves lash my feet,

I begin to wonder;

About the creator's ways

And pray for all, so that we may

Learn from his ways_

Let our soul be as deep as His oceans,

Let our mind be open like His skies,

Let our senses be as green as the foliage

And let our words be as smooth as the petals of flowers.

And know ourselves again and again.
