Awakening

I’m a prisoner in this body

Shrouded by indoctrination

Corrupted by a blurred vision

Bound and chained to flesh.

You see we are all fooled

To follow like sheep to slaughter

Dare not ask questions

Only accept answers

Overtime the mask will fall

And you will see clearly

That what the shepherd says

Won’t save you from the wolf

Follow your heart

Awaken yourself to what is true

Head first into disaster

Or soar through the sky.
